Thapelo Sephuma
Senior Consultant - Business Unit
Thapelo has joined EOH Consulting as a Human Resource specialist. He be will involved in various engagements within the Business Consulting Unit including HR strategy and diagnostics, performance management and organizational development and assessment. Prior to joining EOH Consulting, he worked as an HR practitioner and specialist with 15 years of service in the Public Sector, including a number of years in the diplomatic service and at senior management level.
Otsile Molalapata
Support Engineer - IT Managed Services Unit
Prior to joining EOH Consulting, Otsile obtained a BSc in Computer Science. He specialises in computer administration and including both Windows and Linux platforms. He assisted in the implementation of the wireless network and the Voice Over IP system at the University of Botswana.
Chawada Moseki
Consultant - Technology Unit
Prior to joining EOH Consulting, Chawada pursued full time education, obtaining a bachelors degree specialising in Business Information Systems. She specialises in ICT strategy development, User Requirements definition and IT diagnostics.
Gorata Leselamose
Consultant - Technology Unit
Upon completion of her studies, Gorata worked as a business analyst where she participated in a number of technology engagements. Gorata gained valuable experience in a number of areas. Primarily she worked with various clients, analysing their businesses and assisting in compiling user and design requirements documentation.
Thembile Legwaila
Analyst – Human Capital Management
Thembile holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences with concentration in Organizational Psychology which she obtained from Rhodes University, Grahamstown, South Africa. Prior to joining EOH, Thembile was employed as a Consultant in the human resources management field where she gained vast experience in recruitment and selection and other organizational development issues. She has joined EOH’s Human Capital Management team as an Analyst where the focus of her responsibilities will be concentrated on the analysis of various facets of organizational development and other related human resources management issues.
Kagiso Ngwanaang
Consultant – IT Managed Services Unit
Kagiso has joined EOH Consulting under Managed Services. He did part of his IT training in Israel and has worked for several IT companies which provided support to a number of large clients. This includes being an IT manager for a four star lodge.
Shadrack Diphoko
Consultant – IT Managed Services Unit
Shadrack has joined EOH Consulting under Managed Services as an IT Consultant. Previously he was deployed to work as an IT Consultant for two years at a major harness producing company. At the company, Shadrack carried out desktop help administration and managed the backup infrastructure using HP autoloader. He also did most of the troubleshooting in the network and window based platforms. Shadrack studied at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and later did industrial certification courses where he certified in Comptia N+ (Networking Fundamentals, Media Devices, Network Management and Security issues).
